01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8play website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 8play ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 8play Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who interacts with any feature or content made available through 8play. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 8play Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, access to casino-style gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. 8play strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 8play complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from 8play or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8play or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by 8play.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 8play Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8play. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8play login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 8play will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 8play immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Verification

8play reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8play may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

8play accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 8play reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8play Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

4.4 Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 8play reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds incorrectly credited, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or withdrawn. You must not knowingly exploit any such error and must notify 8play immediately upon becoming aware of any discrepancy.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

8play offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 8play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 8play reserves the right to exclude any user from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8play Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

8play uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game providers. 8play does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of any game.

All bets placed are final once confirmed. 8play reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8play Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 8play staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8play Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of 8play or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8play Platform without the prior written consent of 8play. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

09 Privacy

8play collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 8play is committed to protecting your personal data and will not sell or share your information with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

8play is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Details of these tools are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8play, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 8play has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8play's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8play account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8play does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 8play account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

8play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any other circumstance where 8play determines, in its sole discretion, that account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Upon termination for cause, 8play reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 8play Platform shall first be submitted to 8play's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8play from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

8play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8play will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
